2016 - Concentrating much of our efforts on our Salumi products. There are many items now that we are building stock on. We will continue our extreme efforts to strengthen our stock.

January, 2016 - We have most Items in stock. If you call or write us and there is product that you are in need of and we are temporally out of stock, we can have the product available usually within 48 hours unless it is a large order. Call or write for more information.
 

 
December, 2015 - Many who purchase our products say that they are very good with really great flavor. All are pretty great in which I thank God for his help in everything that I do.
 

 
August, 2015 - Although I have been making the many different products that we carry all my life, taught to me mostly by my grandmother and with more teaching by my father while on the ranch, it has been a while since I have made various salumi. I have been making test batches this year of my original family recipes as well as recipes obtained by my grandmother while still in Europe. To do it right, salumi production is NOT a quick process and many days are involved to produce a top quality product. Not to be rushed! . . As always, we only use the freshest, high quality meats as well as top quality ingredients to produce the best product possible and available anywhere. We will be introducing these new products this coming year.
 

 

July 1st, 2015 - Have not posted for a long while as we have been EXTREMELY BUSY with only enough time to replenish our stock and supply those who are loving our product. PLEASE NOTE: As of this time, we are not selling at multiple locations Nor are we selling hot food as we have changed our business plan to a different direction however, if you are craving any of our products or even a top quality sausage that is juicy and full of flavor, you can call to our production facility to purchase.. Write to us for a map to our location.

ALL VISITS TO OUR FACILITY ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY! - PLEASE GIVE US AT LEAST 24 HOURS NOTICE as we are always producing fresh products or may be out on a delivery.

 

 

April 17th, 2014 - We are now offering our customers a more local place to purchase our fresh deli meats in Ensenada. In the future, we hope to offer our customers hot food at our new home location however, right now, we will be announcing a location in Ex Chapultepec area for sales. 14 day aged Spring Lamb has just finished its aging process and is available for sale. Lamb chops, French shoulder chops, T-Bone Steaks, etc.

Tomorrow, April 18th, we will be at the Open Air Market in punta banda from 8:00am to 12:30pm offering our usual yummy deli items, also Saturday, April 19th, we will be at riveroll and 9th at the swapmeet from 7am to 3:00pm.

 

 

March 23rd, 2014 - Although we have not finished some areas of our website, please be patient as we have been extremely busy creating new products for you. Items like our new Tecate Beer Sausage, Smoked Chipotle pepper Sausage, Different semi-dry and dry cured Salami's, Pepperoni, Bar-B-Q pork, 2 kinds of Bar-B-Q Sauce and many other items. Moving to our new location has set us back on our schedule at least 35 days. We will now work even harder to bring to you what you in Mexico deserve... namely GREAT DELI MEAT PRODUCTS!

March 22nd, 2014 - Due to continued problems with past neck injury, we will not be at Riveroll and 7th ave Swapmeet. Also, until we solve a problem with the managers at Globos, we most likely will not be back at that location (9th and Revolution).
 

 

March 18 th, 2014 - We have moved our home and place of product creation to south Reforma, Ex Chapultepec area.

We went to los globos early Sunday morning March 16th to setup for the day. When we got there, we were told that there was no room for us. We are sorry for the inconvience of not being there to serve you.

This week, we will be at the Open Air Fair this coming Friday. We will also be at Riveroll and 7th on Saturday 3/22 and will attempt to be at Globos again on Sunday in the same area.

We want to thank all our wonderful friends and faithful customers for your continued kind words and patronage!

 

 
March 9 th, 2014 - We will be at Los Globos Swapmeet, space # 11 (about 1/2 way down) which is on the right sidewalk closest to the Univeristy, at Revolution and 9th every Sunday of every month. Directions: From south Reforma, go north to 9th and make a Right turn, then go to Revolution.
 

 

February 14 th, 2014 - We are usually at the Open Air Fair in Punta Banda on the 1st and 3rd Fridays of each month (the first Friday after the 1st and 15th of each month. We are usually at the Swapmeet, corner of Riverol and 7th street every Saturday of every month and in Globos at the corner of Revolution and 9th every Sunday of every month.

We were suppose to be at the swapmeet, corner of Riverol and 7th street today. I regret to say that we will not be able to make it to both locations at this time due to a neck injury. We will also not be at the Swapmeet in Globos, corner of Revolution and 9th tomorrow, 2/16/14. We will be back at the normal selling locations next week. If anyone needs any fresh/frozen products between now and then, please feel free to call us. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Next week, we will be introducing more yummy products... Tecate Beer Sausage, Smoked Chipotle Sausage, smoked Cheddar Cheese and Jalapeño Chorizo also a few more items. Come see what's new. Call us for more info. Hope to see you there!

 

 
February 6th, 2014 - We will be at the open air fair this Friday 2/7/14 in punta banda from 7:30 am to 11:00 am only. We will only be selling fresh/frozen foods. No hot food to go will be sold. We will be at the corner of Riverol and 7th this Saturday 2/8/14 from 7:30 to 12:30 Only. Both fresh/frozen foods and Hot food to go will be served. We will be at Globos on Sunday 2/9/14 from 9:00 am to 4:00pm. We apologize for any inconvenience in the shorter selling times.
 

 

January 29th, 2014 - On Friday, January 31st., Señor Salchicha will be at the Open Air Market in Cantu from 8:00am to 1:00pm. Contrarary to popular belief, the Open Air Market in Cantu (Punta Banda area) is not Closed and is not Closing. On Saturday, February 1st, we will be at the Swapmeet (Corner of Riveroll and 7th) from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm and on Sunday, February 2nd, we will be at the Globos Swapmeet (9th and Revolution) on the sidewalk closest to the university from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm. If you do not see us, please look for us as the manager there, moves us around. When we started there, we were 4 spaces from the front. Last week they put us in space 14 which is approx. 12 spaces in from the front at the same corner. We will have a new batch of Foot long (12") by 1" diameter Coney Island style Hot Dogs available for sale frozen for you to cook at home and on our Hot Food menu to go. Freshly made deli Sauerkraut will also be available as well as our new Pancetta and Capicola ham dry cured products. We also will have our usual items Fresh/Frozen and Hot Food to Go!

 

 

January 24th, 2014 - On Saturday, January 25th, we will be at the Swapmeet (Riveroll and 7th) from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm and on Sunday, January 26th we will be at the Globos Swapmeet (9th and Revolution) on the sidewalk closest to the university from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm. We will have a few packs of Sauerkraut available as well as our new Pancetta and Capicola ham. We also will have our usual items Fresh/Frozen and Hot Food to Go!

Next week we will be at the open Air Market in punta banda as well as the Riveroll swapmeet and Globos swapmeet.

 

 

January 1, 2014 - The start of a brand new year. We will be introducing many new products into our growing inventory of fresh/frozen deli items, dried cured as well as our hot foods. We have already been busy expanding with new fully dry cured Pancetta and Capicola ham. We are also currently working with other popular salumi and will be adding more as they become ready for consumption.

December 22st, 2013 - We had our our first "Señor Salchicha Atomic Sausage Eating Challenge" at the corner of Riveroll and 7th street in Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico. Our first challenger named "Brent" did a great job. He ate all of our Atomic Sausage # 1, 2, 3 and a few bites of # 4 and ran out of time. He say that he could have eaten them all no problem, just not enough time to do so... "Well done Brent! . The next "Señor Salchicha Atomic Sausage Eating Challenge" date to be announced!

June 16th, 2012 - Started supplying our friends with our Quality Sausage on a small scale. At this time, we only had 5 Sausage flavors to choose from: Grillable Chorzo, Italian with Santo Tomas "Merlot" wine, Polish, Breakfast and German Bratwurst! .With my Grandmother's written suggestion on using only high quality cuts of meat; Utilizing hard back fat in no more than a 20% ratio for all regular type Sausage made. Later, the following month, we started working with Quality USDA or Government inspected Beef for use in Pastrami and Corned beef.

 

 

February 11th, 2012 - Started reviewing, trying out and refining a few of my Grandmothers ("Granny") Sausage and deli Meat recipes.

 

 

January 23th, 2012 - Have been looking for Quality Meat products in Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico for some time. Can not find any. All of the meat here is not so good quality. The Bacon is low quality, slimy and tasteless. The Ham that all of the grocery stores advertize is actually a low quality "bologna" and gets rancid and slimy in the refridgerator after only 2 or 3 days even if wrapped or covered. There are no deli meats and if I find maybe one or two, they are a little on the tasteless side. Can not find any Sausage that is of Great quality with Excellent flavor. Too much fat and mostly rancid... Living in Ensenada and being so far from the border, makes it a little dificult to obtain the deli foods that I am use to eating my whole life. Maybe I will start looking at my Grandmothers Recipes!
